Heritage Foundation Overview
Oswego ArmoryThe Heritage Foundation was established in 1962 to protect and promote the historic and architectural landmarks of Oswego County. Urban Renewal projects demolished much of the commercial district of the east side of the city of Oswego. A group of concerned citizens formed the foundation in an effort to preserve the remainder commercial 19th century buildings in downtown Oswego.
